Use this node to add dynamic spin to the particle.

 

 

[Inputs]

 

#Particle Stream - This pin requires a particle stream to be connected.

 

Enabled - Enable or disable node evaluation.

 

Mode - Determines operation mode.

• Read Only - Particle spin won`t be changed and user can still retrieve it from the output Spin pin.
• Set - Sets new particle spin.
• Add - Increments current particle spin.
• Blend - Blend particle spin with user defined spin.

 

Blend % - Blends the user-defined spin with the current particle spin, with higher values increasing the influence of user-defined spin.

 

Spin Rate degrees/s - Set the rotation speed in degrees per second. If this pin is connected, it assumes the spin value is provided in radians per frame, which is the internal unit used within NodeWorks..

 

Spin Rate Var % - Spin rate variation.

 

Bidirectional - When enabled, particles will be able to spin in both directions.

 

Spin Axis - The axis around the particle will spin.

 

Spin Axis Var - Spin axis variation in degrees.
