Kill Plane

 

 

Kill Plane is a helper object available from 3ds Max -> Helpers -> FumeFX. It allows users to remove liquid and foam particles based on the plane parameters. This plane can be used only with the PBD Liquid Phase node. The Kill Plane will delete particles that are located behind it, on the side opposite to the arrow.

 

 

Enable – Enable or disable Kill Plane.

 

Width – Width of the plane.

 

Length – Length of the plane.

 

Mode – Plane operating mode. Inside and Outside modes refer to the volume as defined by the width and length parameters.
