Algorithmic

This group of nodes allows you to drive or create particles using various well-known computer graphics and computational geometry algorithms. Unlike physics-based simulation, these nodes implement deterministic, rule-based systems where particle behavior emerges from mathematical models. Examples include space colonization for procedural tree and vein growth, shortest path navigation for crowd and traffic flow simulation, and boids for flocking and schooling behavior. These algorithms are widely used in visual effects, game development, and generative art to produce complex, organic-looking results from simple, controllable parameters.
