If you are having any difficulties with your FumeFX product, then feel free to contact our support at support@afterworks.com.

 

Please be sure to include as much specific information as possible when reporting errors including the following:

 

Your product serial number.

Hardware configuration (single/dual motherboard, amount of RAM, etc.)

Operating System (including language and Service Packs)

Version of 3ds Max you are using

Step-by-step description to reproduce the problem

Other miscellaneous notes, plug-ins present and observations

A *.max file that shows the problem

A daytime phone and return email address (if different from the one sent in on)

 

When sending files for diagnosis, please be sure to compress them with a Windows utility like WinZip or WinAce. This will make transfer a much faster and simpler process.
